Modbo 4.0 comes on a differently layed out pcb to earlier model Modbo chips for a slightly neater install. This means that the firmware on the wiikey is the new firmware that has stable 6 wire code for d2c/d2c2 and d2e. From onwards all Wiikey v2s purchased from this page will ship with a yellow Serial number on the back.
